He founded the property marketplace Kinnara in 2021, co-founded the AI trading business iQuant Fund, and is CEO of Kinnara Capital, which is developing Saraya Beach Resort in West Lombok. He has lived and worked in Indonesia for about 15 years.

He was born and raised in Shepparton in northern Victoria, started his first company on the Gold Coast at 19, and still holds directorships in Australian businesses, including Earthcon Civil, Prestige Pinnacle Realty and First Nations Mining Australia. Adrian Campbell founded it in 2021 with Jason Noorman, Julie Noorman and Nattaya Intarachooti. More than 15,000 agents list on it across 44 countries. It markets property and does not develop it, and most of its Indonesian buyers are Australian.
What is the difference between Kinnara and Kinnara Capital?
Kinnara markets property. Kinnara Capital develops it. They share substantially the same shareholders, but neither owns the other. Kinnara Capital Limited in Hong Kong and PT Kinnara Capital Indonesia carry out development in Lombok, starting with Saraya Beach Resort & Residences. Kinnara lists Kinnara Capital's projects under contract, as it does for any other developer.
What is Saraya Beach Resort?
Saraya Beach Resort & Residences is a planned 154-villa beachfront resort in Sekotong, West Lombok, developed by PT Kinnara Capital Indonesia. The villas range from 60 to 220 square metres and will be run as one hotel rental pool, with two restaurants, a beach club, a spa and a gym. It was designed by KRAM Space Architect of Thailand and TSG Construction Indonesia is the contractor.
